MaadiVeedu.com operates solely as an intermediary platform and does not own, sell, lease or broker any properties listed on the platform.

MaadiVeedu.com functions as a digital intermediary providing infrastructure for listing, searching, and connecting property buyers, sellers, and other users. The platform does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, completeness, or authenticity of any listing, user, or information available on the platform.

Users acknowledge that MaadiVeedu.com shall not be responsible for any losses, damages, disputes, or claims arising from user interactions, property transactions, or reliance on information available on the platform.

Users must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable Indian laws. By registering or using the platform, users represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted under their account. Any unauthorized use, breach, or suspicious activity must be reported to the platform immediately.

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, completeness, and authenticity of all property listings and content submitted to the platform. Users must ensure compliance with all applicable laws, including, but not limited to, RERA regulations and local property laws.

MaadiVeedu.com may, at its discretion, assist users in creating or publishing listings based on information provided by them. However, such assistance does not transfer responsibility, and the user remains fully accountable for the content. The platform reserves the right to modify, restrict, or remove any listing that is found to be inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms.

MaadiVeedu.com may use artificial intelligence and automated systems to generate, enhance, categorize or recommend property listings and related information. Users acknowledge that such outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

Users are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and confirming all information before publishing or relying on it. The platform does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated or assisted content.

Users agree to use the platform in a lawful and responsible manner. This includes providing truthful and accurate information, complying with all applicable laws and regulations, maintaining account security, and ensuring that all content and interactions are genuine and not misleading.

Users shall ensure that their use of the platform does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or contractual rights. Users are responsible for all activities conducted through their account and must take appropriate precautions to prevent unauthorized access or misuse.

Users shall not engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, posting fraudulent or misleading listings, misrepresenting ownership or authority, engaging in harassment or abusive conduct, uploading unlawful or harmful content, infringing intellectual property rights, attempting unauthorized access to platform systems, distributing malware or harmful code, impersonating individuals or entities, or using the platform for non-property-related purposes.

Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of access and may also lead to legal action.

The platform may provide communication tools enabling interaction between users. Users agree to use such features strictly for property-related discussions and to maintain professionalism and decorum.

MaadiVeedu.com may, where reasonably required, monitor or access communications to investigate disputes, enforce these Terms, ensure platform integrity, or comply with legal obligations. Users are advised not to share sensitive personal or financial information through such communication channels.

All payments for platform services must be made only to MaadiVeedu.com through its official platform or designated payment methods. Where applicable, users must ensure that the beneficiary name corresponds to “MAADI VEEDU” or as officially displayed by the platform.

MaadiVeedu.com shall not be responsible for any payments made to unauthorized individuals, agents, or third parties claiming to represent the platform. Users are advised not to act upon payment instructions received outside official platform communication.

All payments made for platform services are subject to applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), as per prevailing laws in India. MaadiVeedu.com shall issue a valid tax invoice to the registered user for each successful transaction, typically within 24 hours of service activation.

Services provided by MaadiVeedu.com are generally non-refundable once delivered. Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances, including but not limited to failure of service delivery due to technical issues, duplicate payments, or non-activation of services within a reasonable timeframe.

Refund requests are subject to verification and approval by MaadiVeedu.com. No refunds shall be provided in cases of user preference change, incorrect information submitted by the user, partial usage of services, or violation of these Terms. All content available on the platform, including but not limited to text, design, layout, software, trademarks, logos, and icons, are the exclusive property of MaadiVeedu.com or are used under valid license.

The MaadiVeedu.com name, logo, and associated brand elements are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, imitation, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited. The platform reserves the right to initiate legal action against any infringement.

MaadiVeedu.com implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data in accordance with applicable laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

MaadiVeedu.com reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate user accounts at its discretion in cases of violation, fraud, misuse or to protect platform integrity. No refunds shall be applicable upon termination.

MaadiVeedu.com shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyber incidents, government actions, or technical failures.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

MaadiVeedu.com reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
