The platform provides digital services to enhance property discovery and listing visibility, and does not participate in or guarantee property transactions between users.

This Refund Policy applies specifically to platform services purchased directly from MaadiVeedu.com and outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered.

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Service not delivered within the promised timeframe
• Service delivered does not match the description or agreed specifications
• Technical issues on the platform preventing access to purchased services

To request a refund:

• Contact customer support at customersupport@maadiveedu.com within 7 days from the service delivery date
• Provide order details including transaction ID, date, and issue description
• Provide any supporting evidence if requested

Requests will be reviewed and may require additional information.

Refund decisions will be communicated within 14 days of request review.

• If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
• Timelines may vary based on banking or payment gateway processing
• If denied, a clear explanation will be provided

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

• Services that have been fully delivered and used
• Services delivered as per agreed specifications
• Change of mind or expectation mismatch
• Delay caused due to user inaction or incorrect information
• Lack of response from buyers or sellers
• Personalized or custom services
• Third-party services such as advertising platforms once initiated or invoiced
• Services where a GST invoice has been generated, subject to applicable tax regulations

• Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
• Cancellation after 24 hours but before service commencement may incur a 10% fee
• No cancellation or refund once service has commenced or been delivered/invoiced

All payments must be made only to official MaadiVeedu.com accounts.

MaadiVeedu.com shall not be responsible for payments made to unauthorized individuals, agents, or third parties claiming to represent the platform.

Certain features of the platform may be powered by automated or AI-based systems. Refunds shall not be applicable for dissatisfaction arising from automated recommendations or system-generated outputs.

Users are responsible for providing accurate information and using the platform appropriately. Refunds will not be granted for issues arising due to incorrect data, misuse, or failure to follow platform guidelines.

All payments are subject to applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST). A valid tax invoice will be issued for all transactions. Once invoiced, refunds may be subject to applicable tax laws and regulations.
